Dell is helping partners with the Coronavirus

It has been a tough time for businesses and employees with the onset of Coronavirus across the globe. IT equipment has been in high demand, especially with the move to work from home with many companies buying large numbers of laptops and tablets.
Dell is doing it’s bit to try to help it’s channel partners and direct customers through this epidemic by implementing a number of strategies. These strategies include giving these entities one off cash payments through market development funding as well as training solutions. Platinum and Titanium channel partners will get a cash payment of up to 50 percent which can be used for marketing. Training will include deployment training for Unity XT, hyperconverged VxRail and DP4400 infrastructure solutions
Dell are also offering interest free loans for servers and storage through its financial arm. There is also up to nine months of payment deferrals for customers.
Dell has commented that although the way people work has changed, their commitment to the health of their partners hasn’t. They understand that financing and cash flow is important for businesses to survive the epidemic. They will therefore do their best to support customers.
